All bikes on the UC Davis campus must have a current California Bicycle License. The closest bike parking at the law school is next to the coffee shack near the rear entrance of the building. If you park your bike on campus and don't have a permit, your bike may be seized by campus police. Make sure to ALWAYS lock your bike! Bikes get stolen frequently on campus.
Check the campus map for the nearest bus stops. If you live in Davis, it is likely that there is a Unitrans stop near your home. If you live in Woodland or West Sacramento, you can take the Yolo Bus.
